THE HBOT PROCESS

THE HBOT PROCESS
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is administered in an air- filled multiplace chamber in which patients breathe 100 percent oxygen at greater than one atmosphere of pressure, using a mask or hood.

The therapeutic protocols (schemes) for hyperbaric oxygenation are various depending on medical condition of each patient. According to this may vary the pressure, duration, and frequency of treatment. Most of the treatments our hyperbaric center are given in a series of 15-20 HBO- session, and the usual duration of a hyperbaric session is 70 min.

The HBO - session included:
1 - stage of compression (increase of the pressure in barochamber);
2 - stage of operational pressure (the highest pressure for particular session under which patients breathes oxygen);
3 - stage of decompression (decrease of the pressure in barochamber).

In the chamber you will be accompanied by a specially trained attendant and other clients who may be receiving hyperbaric therapy at the same time.

Special safety precautions are taken to ensure your safety at all times while inside the hyperbaric chamber. Before to start HBOT-session you will be given detailed instructions from our specialists.
